Following the success of our Eastern Montana Tennis Workforce Training, USTA Montana is expanding opportunities for Community Tennis Associations (CTAs), tennis facilities, schools, clubs, and other community organizations to partner with us to bring tennis education and workforce development to communities across Montana.
Take your role in Montana tennis to the next level
Whether your community wants to host more tournaments, develop coaches, or strengthen its officiating resources, USTA Montana can work with you to create a training opportunity that meets your local needs.
Tournament Directors Training
Learn the fundamentals of organizing and delivering successful tennis tournaments, including event preparation, tournament operations, player communication, draws, scheduling, rules, and best practices. Build confidence using USTA’s Serve Tennis platform for tournament administration, registration, scheduling, draws, communication, and event management.
Officiating and Rules
Strengthen your community’s knowledge of tennis rules, procedures, sportsmanship, and officiating while creating a pathway for individuals interested in becoming certified officials.
Coaching and USTA Coaching
Provide current and future coaches, instructors, teachers, and community leaders with training and resources to confidently deliver quality tennis programming.
Play Tennis
We can also run some on court drills and play ourselves.
We’ll Build It With You
Training does not have to look the same in every community. USTA Montana can partner with your organization to identify your needs and develop a training experience that works for your area.
Opportunities may include a single focused workshop, a multi-topic training day, or a larger workforce development weekend bringing together participants from multiple communities.
Our goal is simple: develop more knowledgeable local leaders and give communities the tools they need to create sustainable tennis opportunities close to home.
